Article Processing Charges (APC) and Refund Policy
1. Open Access and APC Statement
Scientific Publications supports open-access scholarly publishing. Where applicable, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is charged only after a manuscript has been accepted following editorial evaluation and peer review.
There is no submission fee. Authors are not charged for submitting or reviewing a manuscript.
2. Article Processing Charges
APCs may vary by journal and are published on the respective journal’s official website.
Important: Acceptance decisions are completely independent of APC payment. Editorial evaluation and peer review are completed before any APC is requested.
3. Waiver and Discount Policy
Scientific Publications supports transparent and equitable access to scholarly publishing. Where a journal offers APC waivers or discounts, the applicable eligibility criteria and procedure will be clearly stated on that journal’s APC policy page.
Waiver or discount decisions do not influence editorial or peer-review decisions.
4. No Submission Fee
Scientific Publications does not charge authors merely for submitting a manuscript.
Any publication-related charges, if applicable, will be communicated clearly before publication.
5. Refund Policy
APC refunds are governed by the individual journal’s published APC and refund policy.
In general:

Scientific Publications is committed to maintaining a transparent fee structure. Authors are informed of any applicable publication charges before payment is requested.
APC payment has no influence on editorial decisions, peer review, acceptance, or rejection.
